Shipping Policy

Every sauna and cold plunge we sell ships free — there are no shipping charges at checkout.

Free standard freight shipping

All orders ship free via standard freight. Larger sauna units ship curbside: the freight carrier delivers the unit to the curb at your address. Standard freight orders ship the next business day after warehouse dispatch.

Processing and dispatch

Orders leave our warehouse within 2-4 business days. You'll receive tracking information as soon as your order is on the truck.

Delivery time

After dispatch, delivery takes 7-10 business days. Most customers receive their order within two weeks of placing it.

Curbside freight delivery for large units

Because saunas and plunge tubs are large, heavy items, they are delivered by freight carrier to the curb. The carrier is not able to carry the unit inside, up stairs, or to a backyard placement. Please plan to have help available to move the unit from the curb to its final position. For outdoor cedar saunas, professional installation can be added at checkout.

Inspecting your delivery

When your unit arrives, inspect the packaging before signing for the delivery. If you notice any visible damage, note it with the driver before accepting. If you spot a problem after opening, contact us and we'll make it right.
